Has anyone ever had a footy dream?

I know I've had a few dreams involving footy, but I just remembered one from last night. Don't remember much but I recall talking about Sam Burgess once he was playing for Souths.

Unrelated, I've dreamt that my house has been on fire and it burnt down really strangely from bush fires when I live no where near any bush. Also had one where my car kept catching on fire. The other day I had one and there was hundreds of frogs in my house; had one about a mouse that was the size of a cat, I woke myself up when I squealed coz it ran at me.

Any one had any interesting footy dreams? Or even strange ones unrelated?

The night before the Grand Final, I had a dream that Eels won and I was so happy. Jarryd Hayne played the game of his life and Daniel Mortimer won the Clive Churchill Medal. Something was going to happen to Joel Reddy, but he actual was a bit concussed in the actual game. So part of my dream came true. Unfortunately, the part where Eels actually won, remained only as a dream.

One can dream though, one can dream.

Well, my footy dream is to be able to play again.
Ive broke the same ankle 4 times and if i play professionally again, I could potentially never be able to walk again.
And i'm only 19.

(I'm talking about the footy in England by the way, Soccer lol)

I dreamt once that I was refereeing a fight between Gus and Rabs in the boxing ring. I had to call off the fight after 27 seconds because Rabs won by a knockout.

In my footy dreams i always absolutely kill people, but footy players are never in my dreams for some reason, the last one i remember was absolutely smashing the crap out of the jockey Glen Boss, cos i hate him so much and was so angry after he won the cox plate, he was running and i put THE biggest shot ever on him and he was literally crying and saying i broke his ribs it was the best

I have tons lol, but that's what happens when you have an emotional attatchment to something.

I had a dream once that for some reason Orford didn't turn up to the game, so I had to slot into halfback and play. It was pretty good actually lol

The night before State of Origin 2 I had a dream (that literally went for like 10 seconds lol). I was playing for NSW, Stewart threw me a cut out pass, and I sprinted 70 metres down the right sideline and just as I was about to ground the ball I woke up lol.

Wow Mel, you have some strange dreams. My mate at school told me (he is also a Tigers supporter) that he had a dream the other night that round 1 of the 201 season, Tigers beat Manly 50-0. Hope it's going to be deja vu!

Lol Yeah I don't think I ever have normal dreams- it's always about accidentally killing people and me waiting to be prosecuted lol lame as hell. But my most recent dream with footy players in it was a few weeks ago, I had a dream that the Eels turned up at my house because they were playing here on the Gold Coast, and they needed somewhere to stay, and the team manager was arranging with me costs and all that, and than I was telling all the players what rooms to sleep in & where everything was. I became good mates with Joel Reddy, funny thing is, it wasn't the Knights I was dreaming about because they are the dream team of the NRL lol

I had lots, mainly because of the 2nd match on Fridays forcing me to sleep really late. The best one I think was trying to settle down Gallen and Sandow from a biff. Lol, that took ages. And for no particular reason I sent Gallen to sinbin.

A couple weeks ago I had a dream that I woke up one morning to find Fatty having breakfast with my parents. One of the most random dreams I have ever had and probably the only one I've ever had involving footy.

Abby LOL... I can't help laughing as I was reading.. you sound like you woke up with Fatty sleeping in your bed.. must be a nightmare..LOL. Just kidding, its just makes me laugh reading through the answers. I have not dreamt of any footy, but I did once had a dream that I was talking to a good friend about the no. on the shop was a good no. (4 digits) so I asked her to buy the 4 digits lottery. And I woke up. But my good friend was actually in Singapore, I made called her and asked her to buy the no. Well, she told me - am I pulling her legs.. the no. just came up first prize the week before. Both of us were shocked. Weird. You definitely have some weird dream, there are books about all those dreams... that will give answer to you.. typically the frogs in your house.. it represent something.

um i had one that most of the storm were in some mall in canberra for a signing and i was the only one who turned up so i had a nice chat to the boys and another one where i caught the footy after one of thurstons conversion kicks.
