Where does Randy Orton go from here?

Orton established himself as the top heel of the company during the past year, but after putting Kofi Kingston over for the past few weeks, where can he go from here? Cena isn't a possiblility anymore, Triple H and HBK look like they are about to start another feud, so is he just gonna keep his feud with Kofi for the time being?

If Orton IS the top heel of the company he won't stop until he decisively defeats Kofi, ending with that kick to the head. He can't, after beating the likes of Triple H and John Cena, just let a mid-card wrestler beat him the way Kofi has. Orton will keep going until he gets that one decisive win to settle the feud (in Orton's mind).
