Nadal beats Soderling!?

Question

Well I think we all knew it was going to be a tough match for Rafa considering he was playing someone with a huge forehand. But Federer yesterday in his interview said that the court was more meduim pace, soo thats why I thought Rafa would have had some sort of a chance. Anyway this is probably the end of Rafa now unless he can beat both Djokovic and Davydenko! Probably wont happen after that result! Anyway whats your thoughts?

In his after match interviews Nadal definitely doesn't sound as confident as he used to be. I expected Soderling to win, Nadal isn't playing like himself and indoor hard court is more suited to Soderling's style of play.

Nadal played another poor match, now nadal needs to win both matches to have any chance of making semifinal

it was a narrow lose... nothing really to be upset about... although nadal does show some promise.. and wil get better in 2010...

he needs rest simply... and to get more aggressive

i think Nadal never recovered from his injury. and soderling could have the playing style that Nadal just cant seem to beat
