Should Thierry Henry be banned from the World Cup?

It would send a message that cheaters don't prosper. Just look at the Wigan goal this weekend, if he had thought this could be reviewed and receive a ban it may stamp out cheating.

no he wont get a ban................... cause how stupid would it make fifa look.......... if they banned him and not have giving ireland the replay.........
hope france wins the world cup and show the world what a mockery it all is.............

I personally would, however I don't think that's possible. The best possible scenario for the sake of fair play would be for France to be eliminated at the earliest possible stage in the tournament.

Looks like the worst punishment he could receive would be a match ban or there about, but I don't think the ban would keep him out of the entire tournament.

well in this case he played on and it just happened to be a certain goal look at barcelona vs chelsea in champions league semi final. i dont see you wanting barcelona defenders banned?
