Does anyone know the differences between primary and secondary follicles in lymphoid organs?

Is it differed because primary follicles have no germinal center and secondary follicles do have germinal center??? Thanks

in primary follicle only small amount of B cells and large no. of dentritic cells will be there. after some antigenic challenge, it became secondary follicle, thus no. of B cell cell be increased, no. of concentric B cells forming a germinal center, with some T lymphocytes, and macrophages.
