Audiosonic asova001 - disk and drivers? - battery n sd card?

Question

The Battery is in the bottom with the SD card just slide the bottom cover toward the back - in the direction of the arrow - and it pops open - NOW the question ---- did anyone else get a disk...theres supposed to be one but I didnt see one in the packaging ... so i dont have the drivers....and i cant see a website addresss in the user manual

PS - I don't have the instruction manual to hand though and am trying to charge the camcorder... but after plugging it into both my ps3 and laptop via usb i do not get more than a couple of mins of use before out of power... any ideas, or is this a battery failure? Thanks.
