Of course not. First off, the face. Come on.

Second, look at the "interview" with a *young boy*:

a young boy states that he survived one of the killer's attacks and bravely tells his story.

"I had a bad dream and I woke up in the middle of the night," says the boy, "I saw that for some reason the window was open, even though I remember it being closed before I went to bed. I got up and shut it once more. Afterwards, I simply crawled under my covers and tried to get back to sleep.

That's when I had a strange feeling, like someone was watching me. I looked up, and nearly jumped out of my bed. There, in the little ray of light, illuminating from between my curtains, were a pair of two eyes. These weren't regular eyes; they were dark, ominous eyes. They were bordered in black and... just plain out terrified me. That's when I saw his mouth. A long, horrendous smile that made every hair on my body stand up. The figure stood there, watching me. Finally, after what seemed like forever, he said it. A simple phrase, but said in a way only a mad man could speak.

This is a quote... young boys don't talk like that. They don't recall details like that. They don't say things like " ray of light, illuminating" or "dark, ominous eyes."

This is obviously a fabrication.

Jeff the killer the guy who made the story.he never released his name or his real face maybe to keep from being bothered.I did myself too >:Dbut he did use a facecam and photoshopped his face to fit the description of his character.there is also the chance he made smile dog and the ash coma theory.

There is a lot of scary stuff out there. Be reasonably aware and alert and you should be ok. Lock your door, pay attention and don't read scary stuff before bed. Goodnight.

That's your idea of a 'scary story'?

I wish I still was that age.

Hopefully...no just kidding although he is based off someone he would have been found with a face like that.
