It's free and fairly effective. Below is a link to it. Hopefully it works. Spyware is such a pain! After you've run AVG to clean out the trojan (and any other trojans is may have downloaded) then you should think about gettin Ad-Aware and/or Spyboy to clean out Spyware. If your able to, go to the start menu, then control panels, then add/remove programs, find the spy ware program and press remove. My friend had the same thing on his computer and the solution I just wrote worked just fine. But if the spy ware program pops up and you can not get to your start menu, turn off your computer. Turn it back on and when it is loading press F5, this should bring up a menu on how to start your computer.
