Or he may die of a heart attack, or AIDS or other illness before he can be arrested. These are all possibilities.

Pardons only work for federal crimes. New York State is readying charges against him, and no presidential pardon can help him avoid being convicted at the state level, although there is a slim chance that the Supreme Court can rule that it is unconstitutional to charge a person both at the state and federal level for the same crime. If that is the case, then a presidential pardon can prevent states from prosecuting him. There is currently a case being considered by the Supreme Court and it has to decide whether the constitutional ban of double jeopardy means feds or states cannot both prosecute a criminal for committing the same crime. Currently if a person is acquitted of murder at the state level for example, the feds can charge that person for violating the civil rights of the person that was killed. If the Supreme Court rules that that is double jeopardy, then a presidential pardon by Pence can potentially wipe out the pending state charges against him also.

Ford's pardon of Richard Nixon says that Nixon was pardoned for all crimes committed by Nixon up to the date of the issue of the pardon. That means even a presidential pardon cannot wipe out future crimes. That means if Trump is pardoned, he can still be prosecuted for crimes he commits after the date the pardon is issued. Given Trump's criminal nature, there is no way he would stop committing crimes after he has been pardoned. The question is whether he lives long enough to be sent to prison.

The scriptures at Mathew 24:14 is a command that Jehovah’s Witnesses have proven to fulfill, Preaching about the Kingdom that Jesus taught voluntarily. He did not say preach about the Trinity Teaching.
Jehovah’s Witnesses have lived up to their belief to treat everyone equally, there are No Racial Barriers but all are accepted freely.
They do not just feel Love for Gods word, they show it by works and deeds. They don’t claim to be perfect but do their very best to live a clean moral lifestyle. As it should be if one is a Christian.

Why dismiss all the good they do, and build up lies?
People are really ignorant and Blind, Satan is really blinding them from reality.....

They can’t see goodness when it is right in front of them. Like Juli, she is a hater of JWs and keeps putting out websites full of lies.

Best answer: Take a look at the British NHS - their equivalent of Medicare for all.

They ration care by making you wait - in pain. For example, 25% of diagnosed cancer patients don't get to see a specialist for more than two months. Their survival rates reflect that, too - for example, just 83% of patients in the United Kingdom live five years after a prostate cancer diagnosis, versus 97% here in America.

Then, they also decide some treatments aren't worth the money to do - like cataract surgery. They also ration hip and knee replacements, glucose monitors for diabetes patients, and hernia surgery by placing the same "limited clinical value" label on them.

They also ration care by age - they assign a monetary value to the rest of your life, then give the surgery or treatment to the people with the highest value first. A 12 year old can get that cancer treatment. A 60 year old probably not.

    https://www.pri.org/stories/2010-12-15/r...

They also restrict surgeries by current health. If you smoke, you have to quit first - even though nicotine is one of the most addictive substances known to man, and may not have anything at all to do with your problem.

Patients needing knee replacements and so on don't get treatment if they're overweight until they lose the weight - even though the pain killers cause you to put weight on and the lack of mobility prevents exercise.

All these things are intended to keep costs down, but still the system is going bankrupt.

And perhaps worst of all, they can't get the medical professionals they need. They don't pay doctors or nurses enough to keep them. They can make so much more money almost anywhere else, they don't stay in Britain. Or they get easier, less stressful, jobs. Or they decide they don't want to pay for all the years it takes to get a doctorate only to make squat.

Government funded healthcare for all doesn't work.

  • Why do republicans think a fetus isn’t a part of the mothers body?

Why do republicans think a fetus isn’t a part of the mothers body?

    Best answer: Because it isn’t.

The fetus is more like a tumor, cancer, or parasite, hence morning sickness.

It is an organism made from the hosts cells and foreign DNA that consumes resources and nutrients from the host.

  • Why do Canadians have to wait so long to receive the healthcare treatment they need?

Best answer: Socialized Medicine uses that delay as a cost savings mechanism. If the patient finds another cure on their own or dies the Socialists don't get stuck with the bill.
