• Football should drop the pc rules of football, it was never meant for pretty boys?

Best answer: You're partly right. Football helmets should be made of a much softer material, so that the shock of a hit will not be transmitted to the brain. • Are Kansas and Arkansas twin states?

Best answer: No, they really aren't related at all, except for both being part of the US. The similarity of names is more coincidence of Europeans mispronouncing the native names. Best answer: No, they really aren't related at all, except for both being part of the US. The similarity of names is more coincidence of Europeans mispronouncing the native names. Kansas is named after the Kansa tribe, who lived in the eastern portion of the state. The "S" at the end came from referring to a pluralization of multiple Kansa people. Arkansas is even worse, as that word comes from the name of the Quapaw people, who now live in Oklahoma, due to the Trail of Tears. So in reality the two states should be Kansa and Quapaw. Definitely not twins.

  • What paranormal claim do you find the funniest?

Best answer: Ouija boards. You're just supposed to sit there, while "spirits" move your arms around? Wouldn't it be easier for the spirits to move the planchette (the marker thing) around themselves? It always seemed like such a scam, when the people move the thing around, but try to claim that they weren't doing it. show more

Best answer: First off, I've never heard of an author named "Duma". You might be referring to Alexandre Dumas. Huxley was one of the truly brilliant writers ever. While he is most often associated with his dystopian novel "Brave New World." he authored numerous novels and short stories of all genres. He was also quite prolific in poetry, and frequently published essays on different subjects that are still well regarded today. He spent years editing various publications, and actively holding university professorships. Most telling was the fact that he was nominated for a Nobel Prize in literature seven times, and some feel that the Nobel committee never recognized him because of a bias against those who publish "science fiction". He is regarded as one of the great intellectuals of the 20th century.

  • Object in space, is it Sephroith's meteorite?

Best answer: First, a meteorite is a rock that has hit the Earth. The object in space was never closer than *19 million miles* to Earth, so it cannot be a meteorite. Second, "Sephroith" is a fictional character. Confusing fiction with reality is a sign of serious problems.
