• Christians, will it be funny or sad when all are before God, an angel says, "okay theres your proof, atheists"?

When you see, it will be too late for you to repent. I didn't give any one a thumbs down, by the way. 1) it isn't a crime to threaten people with hell. 2) I didn't say "hell". Mackay, That doesn't work on me. I'm happier regardless. You see, I don't change the Gospel like other Christians have. So I'm not trying to do it wrong. It's not that kind... show more

Is this a form of showing off and willfulness that women wish to do it all despite this command? Jesus said that he came to fulfil the Law and it was he who chose Paul to preach to 'Gentiles, kings, priests and Jews'.

Obviously you've disproved it, that's why you reject it. So why not publish your work?

  • What is hell like? I'm not satanist?

I keep hearing different stories. For example, some say you burn in fire forever, others say it's a city over the fire where you can do whatever you want. Others say it is darkness. I'm a Christian and I want to know to convince myself to be on the right path.

  • Spiritually speaking: Do you prefer BC and AD or BCE, BP and CE when referencing dates, and why?

BC = BEFORE CHRIST AD = ANNO DOMINI BCE= BEFORE COMMON ERA BP = BEFORE PRESENT CE = COMMON ERA I personally feel that it's an intellectually absurd attempt to write Christ out of human history and further proof of Biblical truth and therefore the opposite of what should be done. What about you? Why do you prefer it the way you do? @ THEATER - YES IT IS...I hope I can use it! It is so amazing both is skill and in the story behind it, that I couldn't resist showing everyone I could. I actually tried to make contact with anyone who could help me obtain permission but had no luck. Anyway... What an incredible story!! Did you know that after she had painted the portrait, while talking to Colton Berpo, the 3 year old who tells of Heaven in "Heaven is for real", they were trying to get him to select a picture of Jesus who he said he saw. They went through hundreds and Colton didn't see any that looked a lot like Jesus. They decided to add this picture to the line-up. When Colton saw the picture he exclaimed "THAT'S HIM, THAT'S JESUS" Pretty amazing that both of them claim to have been with Jesus and both of them say this painting by AKAINE KRAMARIK , is him. Pretty powerful when Children of these ages are talking about Biblical events they have never been taught and Biblical issues or Biblical event or Biblical events that most educated Christian seem to be confused about. Pretty amazing!

  • What did Jesus SACRIFICE?

Not his life, since he's alive. Not his body, since he, as the Bible says, ascended bodily into Heaven. So his time? An eternal being loses a couple of days? That's like me blinking my eye when I don't need to, thus "sacrificing" my vision for a fraction of a second. Is it right to call that a sacrifice, probably not. So his comfort maybe? Again, is it right to call an uncomfortable few hours a sacrifice for an eternal being? On human time that's like poking yourself with a toothpick. It's over before you know it. (And Jesus sure was fine and dandy on Sunday morning so it obviously wasn't that bad for him either). Man. I am just confused as to what Jesus actually sacrificed. Can anyone help me out? "If it's not much to you, try it." You miss the point. If a being lies FOREVER, then a few hours of pain is like nothing. It is even less than a toothpick stab in time for you. As far as percentage of one's life goes. And again, Jesus seemed perfectly fine less than 40 hours later. "his blood" Immortal super-powerful beings don't need blood and can always make more of it for themselves if they want to.

  • Why don't Christians do what Jesus said?

Love their brothers with all their heart. Turn their other cheeks. Not cast stones of judgment. Instead of hating their gay brothers. Warring against perceived evil. And judging others to be going to hell? Excuses excuses!

  • Contradiction in the bible?

God orders people to kill, yet killing is a sin. The angel Raphael said "do good, and no harm shall come to thee." but Jesus was nailed to the cross. All men are born evil, but we are created in God's image, so is he evil? The Bible damns incest, but Able and Cain had to have had incest. If God is all knowing and wrote the bible,... show more

If God is all knowing and wrote the bible, then wouldn't he have known the Earth wasn't flat, or that it was billions of years old? So my question is, doesn't this sort of discredit the bible?

  • Christians, if Jesus returned tomorrow, would you be surprised?

Every so often, usually after a major disaster or crisis is in the news we hear people say, "Jesus is coming soon!" or others trying to predict the day of His return. But if He really came back tomorrow, (I'm not saying He will), would you be shocked or surprised?
