• Why do I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling my Wacom Drivers for my tablet?

Yeah, basically, that's it. I use the GIMP and I'm a digital artist with a Wacom Intuos 3. So, the problem is, every so often, my drivers fail and either the pressure sensitivity stops, the computer doesn't recognize where on the tablet my pen is, or whenever I open the GIMP up, my tablet goes all haywire and stops the pressure sensitivity and won't go down past a certain point on the screen, as if there's an invisible wall. :/ Also, this is not just a problem with my laptop, which is fewer than 4 days old at this point, it had been a problem with my desktop computer as well. So, to remedy this, I've had to go into the program files and uninstall the Wacom Tablet Drivers and then go to the Wacom website and download new ones. It's really starting to be a huge pain in the neck, and I could really use some help on this. :( Or even just someone else saying that they have the same problem, know a trick, etc. Thanks in advance. <3

Hey, I need to know if there is a possibility that I have tendonitis. Recently, I've been having pain at the base of my wrist near the bone. Whenever I type, it hurts. If I make my fist into a ball and extend my wrist upwards as far as the joint will allow, it hurts even more. Same happens whenever I lower the wrist as far as the joint allows. There is a slight, but nearly impercievable bulge on the top of my wrist at the bone. In case anyone needs to know, I am a computer artist and student so I use my laptop for at least 5 hours a day. Whenever I type, I lift my wrists off of the computer, though. I do use a mouse, quite frequently, because my art calls for it. I also work out at least 3 hours a week which includes running, lifting weights (mostly targeting my lower body and my triceps), and I play tennis (however, I have not for the past 2 months.) So, is it possible that I have tendonitis? If so, what are some easy, home-remedies, as more uncommon resources are not always available to me. Oh, also, I am taking Darvocet painkillers for my wisdom teeth, and this gets rid of the pain for up to 4 hours. However, I'd rather find some way to lessen the need for painkillers, because I'd rather not have to endure liver damage.

  • With all due respect to religion....shouldn't we be cautious?

Well, I said cautious. What I mean is wary of everyone who's morals are not our own and who's religion is totally different. Surely, if I'm say, a Christian, I should be careful around, say, muslims because their beliefs are very different from mine. Do you get my meaning? Shouldn't we be wary of anyone who does not believe in what we believe in? Or at the least, cautious? Sure, sure! I respect them! No doubt about that. And I'm not racist, or whatever you would call someone in this instance in the case of religion... And especially when we are electing or approving of government officials? But shouldn't we?

I know that the whole movie was done with CGI, but how did they get Olivier's face, and voice, for Totenkoff? Also, did they have to get some sort of special...um....permission to do that or, if not, did they simply use Olivier for a challenge or some sort of dedication to him? If you have/found an article on this somewhere, please cite it. I love reading about these things and knowing more would be great. ~Thanks to all!

Okay, a few (or even several 8 years at the most) ago, Hallmark, or maybe ABC Family had a movie that I really loved. I need help finding the name of it. So, the plot of the movie is about a 20-something year old blonde guy gets adopted by a family during the holiday season. This guy (cannot remember his or anyone else's name for my life) is very clumsy and the father of the house does not like him at all. All the while, the adoption agency is trying to fix their mistake in sending the 20 year to the home instead of what they really wanted: a baby. In the course of this movie, the dad's face is hurt very much and he has to put an ice-pack on his face that has holes for his eyes. Also, the adopted guy decorates the tree and in the process of putting on one of the decorations, he loses balance and knocks the tree down. In the end, the family finally gets the baby they want and they decide that they want to keep the mistaken orphan guy because they love him. In the end I also remember there being snow. I also remember that the actor, as I already said, has short blonde hair and always wears black-rimmed glasses. At least that's what I remember him as in every movie that I saw him in. And someone just told me that they found him to be annoying and a bit effeminate. (Just thought I might add that.) So can anyone help me?

  • How can I coax two kittens w/o a mother that are afraid of people and other animals out from under a shed?

I have two kittens under my house that I really want to keep. I've already made the mistake of picking them up without their consent so that they turned into little buzzsaws and are now deathly afraid of me. They only come out when I put food out for them. BTW, they do not have a mother. Help!
