  • Film directors?

I was wondering what you have to do if you're the director. Direct, tell the actors what to do - obviously, but what are the other things? Do they get to the decide what kind of angles to use with the camera or is that the cinematographer's job, or are they the same thing? Does he have to know how to do more complicated things, technical things or is there a team for that? For which shots to use the actors and for which the stunt actors? What is every single little thing that comes with the job? Thanx everyone :)

  • Postage and shipping?

I'm about to put up a drawing for sale, and it would be my first. You know those slips that you get when you purchase something from amazon. Am I supposed to have that? Do I just send the drawing on its own? Thanks in advance.

P.S. If it matters from what website I'm selling it:Etsy

  • What's the name of this movie?

Ok, so the whole movie was basically two people talking. This guy comes from somewhere into Paris and meets an old female friend of his. Throughout the movie they are just talking about their lives and walking through the streets of Paris. I remember one scene where they get on a boat through that famous river(sorry forgot its name) and she says that she's lived there for a long time but has never really gone into sightseeing. At the end of the movie they get to her house, and I think that they start kissing, but something happens and she tells him to stop because I think she had a boyfriend. I don't remember being it a widely known movie, but I really enjoyed it. Can't remember the name, because it's been about four or five years since I watched it. Anyone? Oh, and the actors spoke English. It wasn't in french, if that's any help.

  • Percy Jackson Mist Question?

So I wondering about this mysterious Mist. At some points in the books they're like No need to worry about anything, Nobody will see you. Or they will think you're not doing anything weird. So there are those other parts where the characters are like. Oh no nobody has seen a flying horse before. They are going to see my sword. Why is Chiron in a wheelchair, if the Mist can cover that. Why does Grover have fake feet when there's the Mist. I am so confused right now. Does the Mist just cover like Important stuff or the weirder stuff - monsters, and big battles. I don't get it.

  • Simple Cinema question!!!?

I was thinking of going to the cinema tomorrow, but it seems that there are only **** movies this month. So people who have watched most of these, whats the least shittiest one - House at the end of the street(the presence of jennifer lawrence in that one is really troubling me), Looper (just looks kind of bad), Resident Evil (plot-less action movie), Taken 2(that seems kind of good), Anna Karenina (looks fine) and Now is Good (I really want to see this, but there were some really cheesy moments in the trailer, which put me off).

  • Little Maths C2 question. Please?

    The tangent to the circle (x+4)^2 + (y-1)^2 = 242 at (7,-10) meets the y axis at S and the x axis at T.

Hence, find the area of OST, where O is the origin. Oh and by the way, I've found S and T. S is (0,-17) and T is (17,0), if that's any help.

    Please guys, I'm desperate.

  • I'm thinking of buying a new phone?

Hello, everyone. So I've had my Nokia n96 for about a year and a half, and now I'm thinking of buying a new phone with a very, very nice camera and a long lasting battery because after a year and a half the longest my phone (N96) can last is about 10 hours after a whole night of charging. I made some research and saw the n8 and n9, again by nokia. So guys, they kind of look the same, but they probably arent. Any ideas if they're worth it. I'll be grateful if you recomend any other phone. thanks
