Brady needs 9 and Brees needs 12 to break the record, but currently Brees has a much better supporting cast.7 AnswersFootball (American)9 months ago

Who was the last AFC QB not named Brady, Roethlisberger, Manning or Flacco that played in the Super Bowl?
Again, this year it will be one of the first three.

To me the only active QB that should be in the Hall of Fame are P. Manning, Brady, Rodgers and Brees.
But I saw the same question about Eli Manning and some people believe he should be there based on the two rings.
What about Big Ben? He has the same number of rings (even though he was horrible on the first one and his interceptions cost the team a third one), his numbers are overall better and he's been more reliable in the regular season.
It's not what I expected I for a prime time game, but I will still watch it because they are on the race for the AFC South.
The latest report is that he could return before the season is over.
He needs 284 and is averaging 266 per game.6 AnswersFootball (American)5 years ago
Now that Super Bowl hype is fading away, where does the last play of SB 49 rank among the biggest blunders? What about most clutch plays?
Knowing that game ending interceptions are not uncommon nowadays
1) Was it worse than Leon Lett celebrating ahead of time? or Scott Norwood missing the FG inside the 30?
2) Is Butler's interception more clutch than Mike Jones running side by side to tackle a much faster player running at full speed?6 AnswersFootball (American)6 years ago
It takes pitchers up to 12 months to recover, I suppose it takes less for a CB because they don't rely on the elbows that much. Still, Sherman will miss at least a couple of months of next season.3 AnswersFootball (American)6 years ago
I watched Leon Lett premature celebration that didn't have an impact on the outcome but looked like the dumbest play ever, Scott Norwood wide right, and the Colts losing the onside kick.
And I heard about Jackie Smith dropping a perfectly thrown TD pass when he was wide open costing the Cowboys a Super Bowl.6 AnswersFootball (American)6 years ago
Nate Solder was not an eligible receiver when he scored the TD against the Colts.
