Hey there, I was wondering if anyone could give me your opinion on this. I started smoking a 6 lb brisket last night at 11pm at 180 degrees. Woke up at 630, wrapped it in butcher's paper and turned it up to 225 degrees. I came left my house for an hour and a half, came back and had a pellet jam somehow. I cleaned everything out, fired it back up and put the brisket back on at 250 degrees. When I put the. Brisket back on the traeger it was at 139 degrees. Do I toss this or would it be safe enough to eat?4 AnswersCooking & Recipes2 months ago
I have been with my girlfriend now for 3 1/2 years. We've had our highs and lows but recently has been very bad. I know that I'm not perfect and sometimes I say things out of anger that shouldn't be said. I have never been like this to one of my girlfriends and I feel like the way she's acting is making me like this. My girlfriend always gives me attitude and it seems like I'm always bothering her because she doesn't like the way I do some things. She also has been going out more often and she lied about what time she came home the last time she went out. I try hard to make her happy but I feel like she just doesn't care. We had a pretty good battle last night and now she's staying with some family for a few days. I really love the girl but sometimes it's just hard to be happy when I feel like she's miserable.
Is there a way to fix this?
Could she be talking to someone else?
Any advice would be great.1 AnswerOther - Family & Relationships7 years ago
I closed on a house last week and the first night noticed that there was a problem with the sump pump. Long story short I had to dig up half of my yard to get the water out of the drain tile to keep the water out of my basement. I talked to the neighbor and she had said that the previous homeowner had done some work to try to fix it. It was set up completely wrong and none of the pipes were connected including an old clay pipe which was supposed to run to the storm drain. The clay pipe has been plugged and broke and can no longer drain water.
The property disclosure asked two questions on drainage issues and there was no answer for either of them. (All the other questions had answers on the disclosure). I called the attorney I used for buying the house and he said to write up the problem and email it to him. Once he received it then he would send it to the sellers attorney. That was Tuesday and I haven't heard anything from him. I have emailed him and called him with no response.
Is the attorney at fault for not making sure the paperwork was filled out correctly?
Are the homeowners still responsible, because of the fact that they were aware of the problem?
How can I resolve this issue?
Any help is greatly appreciated.6 AnswersRenting & Real Estate7 years ago
