Ok, well I've noticed I've been gaining a little weight, maybe from the lack of exercise lately because of heavy schoolwork 'till late hours. But I do have Physicsl Educstion each day, so I do get SOME exercise.
So usually for breakfast I have a bagel and an egg, and a glass of orange juice.
Lunch, I usually have soup. Chicken noodle or somewhere along those lines. I have some green tea as a drink, and some crackers.
Dinner varies, but usually meat, some side (such as rice or something) and some green beans.
Should I be eating more or less more vegetables less___? I've been gaining weight and I don't know what to modify. Would eating more vegetables help me?
