I just want to know if anything in the recent years/months have changed. I will be 18 when I leave for Korea and I will be with a friend. Also, we both are light skinned African Americans; it almost looks as if we are mixed with black and white. I just want to know if skin color will be a problem. CLARIFICATION: I am not saying that Koreans are racist, but I have a few friends in Boston that weren't let in for free because of their skin color. Though, it is Boston, many are still racist because of the old days.
