• Are my waters slowly breaking or is it normal?

I'm 38 weeks pregnant with my first. Yesterday I'm sure I started to lose my plug and I've been leaking more discharge which is white and creamy but around it seems to be watery too. It doesn't smell or anything and my discharge has been increasing for a few weeks it's getting very annoying. Should I phone my midwife or could it... show more

  • Boyfriend has red blood in his poo after diarrhoea and eating extremely spicy food?!?

He's 25 and hasn't had this before. Last night we ate a very hot spicy curry and he woke up in the night with diarrhoea and he vomited a few times. The curry seemed to be the cause (not undercooked it was the spice). He still has stomach pain and a few minutes ago went to to toilet again and there was bright red blood when he wiped and red... show more

He's very scared and it's Saturday so it's hard to get to a GP. Is this worrying? I don't think it's serious but he's terrified he's going to die. He wasn't straining or anything

I don't mind the genre as long as it's not too extreme for fantasy and not extremely heavy romance and no explicit content. I'd prefer books that don't read too childishly as I'm 24. • What birthing position is least likely to cause tearing?

On the back is the worst. Is it better to have a baby on all fours or squatting or on your side? I'm having a natural birth and don't want to be stitched up.

  • What are some amazing historical fiction books?

I love Philippa Gregory and have read many of her books (I am reading one now) I'm scared of other historical authors in case they aren't as good. I hate fantasy. Can someone recommend me some good historical fiction novels? I don't mind the era as long as it's not Queen Victoria or the 20th century.

  • What 2017 film is this? I've seen the advert but it never gave a name!?

It's focused on 2 women, there's lots of hash tags used, one of them (a dark haired girl) keys someone's car and has an attitude problem (problem girl) I believe she follows another girl to Los Angeles or she goes there anyway. It's an American film.

  • Any good young adult book recommendations released this year?

I've read Caraval and loved it. I want to read some amazing new YA books released 2017 preferably. I have read many, many books. I don't like ridiculous Americanised OTT teen romance fluff or PC John Green drivel.

I'm almost 25 weeks and not seen a thing but a little dryness. My boobs have changed a lot and are developing but have gone up 1 cup size. I'm worried I won't produce any like my mum couldn't.

  • What's it like to have the flu vaccine?

I'm pregnant and booked for Whooping Cough tomorrow to protect our daughter. They say I can also have flu. I've heard that it can make you feel extremely ill. I'm very worried as I'm phobic of injections and have severe anxiety. What are they both like? Do you feel sick or run down afterwards?
