    I am almost finished getting my ged and i want to be trained to be a killing machine. I only know English and little Spanish. Higher pay would be ideal. The further "the better. I would like a travel far and battle in combat. I would much rather be a foot soldier

  • The perfect workout routine for bulking and cardio?

    I ve been trying to bulk while getting my cardio/wind up for boxing I m just trying to get some help perfecting my routine. And try to take some stuff off of Friday. Was ultimately wondering if shoulders should be added to monday

    Monday - chest and triceps

    Dumbell bench press

    Weighted flys

    Inclined dumbell bench

    Cable pushdowns

    Dumbbell kickbacks

    Behind the head dumbell lifts

    Dips

    Tuesday- cardio

    1 mile run in the morning

    10 mins on the olyptical

    2 miles on the treadmill

    10 mins on the row machine

    Wensday- leg day

    Squats

    Deadlifts

    Calf raises

    Vagina machine

    Single leg kickbacks

    Thursday - cardio

    1 mile run in the morning
