  • I'm going to Chicago for the summer to "babysit" my 10 yr old cousin. Any ideas on what we can do for fun?

I want to take her out and have some fun, but don't want either of us to be bored senseless. She's not really a girlie girl but not so much a tomboy either. Any suggestions?! I've only been to Chicago a couple of times, so I'm not really sure what there is to do... Thanks!!

  • Is the "No ignorance law" in effect in the state of Illinois?

My dad was pulled over for speeding, the traffic stop was over, but they noticed he had an expired carry permit (which he had already had renewed, it just had an error on it so he had to send it back) they just never fixed it in the system I suppose. Well, he got out of the car like the cop asked to talk to him, and the second cop saw my dads gun in his waistband of his pants. Though my dad was just about to tell the guy he had one in his waistband. His lawyer is saying that it was an illegal search, but I want to know if they try to say they were just passing through (which they were, they had a funeral in Michigan and we live in Tennessee) does it matter? They have to go back Monday for the hearing. Oh, and it's a felony charge, because it is illegal to carry a gun in IL unless you are a cop, parole officer or like a judge. Anyone know anything???

  • I'm looking for a job with the SPCA, help?

I can't find a listing for them anywhere, and don't know where to start. I would love to work there. (I watch on Animal Planet all the time haha) I think they are doing a huge service. I don't even know if the Chattanooga area has one. I'm looking from Chattanooga to around the Calhoun, Ga area. If anyone has any helpful information I'd be thankful for the input. :)

  • Endometriosis??

I have had severely painful periods since I first started. It's been 7 years, and it's only gotten worse and worse. I can be standing at my work and double over in pain. Monday I had my second colposcopy done and had pain during and after; so bad that I almost threw up on the table! I took some Ibuprofen and it eased a little. Then at 1 in the morning, I was doubled over in pain in my bed crying my eyes out it hurt so bad. I've never felt anything so painful in my life. It lasted for 2 hours. I've had pain before, but nothing like this EVER. I went to my doctor the next morning as soon as they opened and she just blew it off like it was nothing. saying that it was normal (when my women's health book says there should be no after affects) I've also had a lot of bleeding during intercourse, accompanied with a lot of pain during and after... Any ideas??? I'm at the end of my rope...
