I typically order a medium bowl of pho (~20 oz broth?) with beef. I eat all the noodles, some of the meat, and sip on the broth, but I never finish it. When I'm done, a lot of broth still remains. Can someone give me a ballpark estimate or percentage of how much sodium I am consuming?
P.s. (I only really add lime to my broth, sometimes a small amount of sriracha)
