One pill also when I run my hand in cold water my finger tips turn blue first time but then they went back to normal and after I warmed them up my toes will turn dark blue to if I'm sitting on the toilet for a while or if I stand in one place for a while I have to move them around till they get back to color I do have good feeling in my toes and feet. I have no sores, and I put dry sensitive skin lotion on my feet all the time, and I check them daily. So what causes this? My toes are really crooked they never been straight the doctor when I was born told me that I wouldn't be able to walk how bad they are but I fooled them.

I'm 32yrs old and Type II diabetic I take metformin once a day before breakfast. The thing is here's back history I also fell when I was teenager down my concrete basement steps in my old house, all the way down them has a slide never got it checked out all I know is that I had big ol bruise on my lower hip and back area and that hurt. And I still feel the pain it's on my left side, till this day when it's cold outside or if I move the wrong way I can activate the pain and it will hurt sometimes when I cough hard or blow my nose, but recently though this year I have had my feet stepped on just by smart butt people that I and one was a crushing foot step just cause of Jealously on my left foot and I got my right foot stepped on from a concert cause we had only two inches of standing room couldn't help that the guy said he was sorry. But that hurt. So now for some reason I don't have pain down my legs or pain in my feet now for some reason since this year in the middle after getting my feet stepped on my left foot will feel like a vibration in the big toe and then it would radiate to the small toes on and off and then stop for a long time the only pain I have is in my hip area where I fell at, and sometimes I'll get the vibrating feeling on my right foot where it was stepped just the big toe and it goes away, No pain when this happens just like a cell phone going off vibrating feeling This has happening a while, the most part of the year.

Then I go back to sleep after fooling around online, then I'm tired again and then I usually wake up later to eat dinner and of course bathroom breaks in between but then when I test my sugar it's like 120 but when I do stay up it's usually 80's or lower When your sleeping it stays high and don't lower I drink a lot of water to so that helps lower it when it does is it bad when it happens like this most of the time most days if I stay up and have something to do It stays normal ranges.
