12000 mm = 39.44 foot (ft)
2350 = 7.70 foot (ft)
Using google search as a calculator,
1) 12000 mm × 2350 mm = 28200000mm
....28200000mm = 92519.68 ft
2) 39.44 ft × 7.70 ft = 303.69 ft
92519 ft =/= 303.69 ft ???
Why is the answer different?
Which one is correct?
If both are wrong, what's the correct equation and solution?
I have length × width of 12,000mm × 2,350mm.
I am trying to convert into square feet.3 AnswersMathematics11 hours ago
Is there a type of investor who will own equity for a predetermined time (i.e. 2-5 years), collect his returns based on pre agreed terms, and then leave the corporation completely, giving up his entire equity to the original owner/founder?
If yes, what are they called?
Any relevant information appreciated.2 AnswersInvesting2 months ago

I'm running a fever for couple days and sweating a lot. I've developed an odor that smells like milk.
Why is this?
Ps. I have illness-induced anosmia as it normally occurs (loss of smell, taste) that might be skewing my perception of smell, but I've never in the past felt a milky smell.Other - Diseases3 months ago
I tilled my entire lawn and need a level rake now but it's too expensive. The rent is $20/day.
I'm wondering if it really matters if I use a level rake that costs over $100.
Can I use this item instead?
Any other suggestions appreciated.Garden & Landscape4 months ago
I'm playing hard to get with a girl I really like in order to create attraction. I feel that it has worked very well. But I am afraid she will lose interest if I stop playing and give in. Is this true? If yes, how do I avoid this and where do I go from here?4 AnswersSingles & Dating4 months ago

I have a problem with my connection. Its on the ISP's end, beyond my modem, but in the neighborhood.
I want to see how long my net stays connected and when it disconnects, how often, time of day, etc.1 AnswerOther - Internet9 months ago
This is the state of my internet for past 2 years atleast.
My net drops atleast 10 times a day, and at 6am, every day. Does not reconnect for 1 minute atleast. At 6am, it remains disconnected for 5 or more minutes. I've had my modem/router replaced more than a dozen times, called tech support more times, had over a dozen technicians come to fix, but no resolve.
-ISP: Rogers (Canada)
-Area: suburban, house
-Modem/Router: combined in 1 box
-Connected devices: IPTV (wired), 3 cellphones, 1 laptop, and chromecast (wireless)
-Speed test (7am now): dl ~300mbps, ul ~22mbps
Internet drops at modem; connection lost on all devices.
No parental control settings on anything.
Wifi name & password changed every couple months.
Here's what the technicians have said/done over the years:
-replace cables outside home
-replace cables inside home
-signals are too low, we will increase it
-signals are too strong, we will decrease it
-connected devices may be hogging too much bandwidth causing router to disconnect; I shut off wifi on all devices except my phone for few days but no resolve
*All these measures have one thing in common - they fixed nothing. Literally nothing. Not even one bit of change*.
The last technician said there is some "noise" in your area, and that it is something to be done by ISP outside the home. My neighbors with the same service provider do not experience this issue.

I just want people's opinion on this and how men view this versus women.
You have a gf/bf of more than 1 year. You fall in love with someone else.
Do you breakup and go for the new person?
Do you cheat first partner until you've secured a solid connection with new lover?
You are dating a girl/guy and find out he/she is cheating on a partner who've been together for more than 1 year.
Do you break up?
Accept the cheater as is?
Force them to choose one?
Also, please share what you think men and women in general would do in these situations.
Answers I've gotten from other sources:
- 90% of women will cheat and won't admit it.
- 90% of men will cheat, some will admit it.
- most women will stay in a relationship even if they don't love their partner, just to avoid loneliness. And they will cheat if a better opportunity arises, and cheat until they've secured a solid connection (in order to avoid the risk of losing both companions).
- most men and women are always looking for something better; will not make sacrifices if someone better appears.
- some men will forgive the cheaters and accept them.
- most women will give the cheater an ultimatum (me or her).
- most men will breakup with the cheater (following the thought of "once a cheater, always a cheater).1 AnswerOther - Family & Relationships10 months ago
I've seen many movies, tv shows, and video games where serious criminal activities are shown or even perpetuated, but anything involving the perpetuation of sexual assault is forbidden (and if found, is heavily criticized and removed).
For example, in the popular video game "GTA 5", you can:
-drive over people
-assault people with a tire iron
-set people on fire
-steal cars, rob banks
-smuggle drugs, weapons
-blow stuff up
You can find similar themes in movies and other games.
But the theme of sexual assault is ommitted. Some video games which had this theme have been banned (i.e. the video game "rape day"). And I've heard similar stories about movies that had to cut out these scenes.
I'm not promoting the idea of sexual assault, but merely asking, why the depiction of this specific theme is generally forbidden in fiction media, while things such as mass killing, murder, and arson are not?3 AnswersVideo & Online Games11 months ago
I've been attracted to her since puberty at age 11 (now I am 32). I am always checking her out and finding ways to see her. She is married with children. Her age is around 40-45 and she is still attractive.
Few years ago, she caught me checking her out once and then again looking at her butt. I'm 90% certain she knows my feelings, and since the incidence, I've noticed her "presenting" herself to me almost every time we meet (but I've never been alone with her).
Now she checks me out in a flirty way and often will "accidentally" bump into me or back up into my crotch, rub against me, try to lock eyes (I always look away), choose to sit beside me of all places, always hovering around.
I am starting to lose control and fear what the outcome will be. Now I have started to proactively avoid her but atleast once or twice a month I meet her family and it is unavoidable. She appears to be getting desperate and risky with her attempts.
How do I stop this?8 AnswersOther - Family & Relationships12 months ago
I'm talking women I've never spoken to, strangers, women walking by, etc. I often encounter them stare at my lips, or make normal eye contact and quickly move gaze to lips for a longer stare.
This also extends to many women I'm speaking to, including the ones I do not know. Recently, I was arguing with a random woman and midway through the argument she started staring at my lips. Are certain lips something women find attractive in men? Because I've never heard of this.5 AnswersGender & Women's Studies12 months ago
I have social anxiety and have been told repeatedly and also learned in school that to overcome any fear, you must slowly and gradually expose yourself to that fear.
I can speak to people I know and to people like cashiers, salesmen, employees, etc. But I cannot speak to random people; I cannot make small conversation, or keep a conversation going for long. Either I do not know what to say or I run out of words. 90% of the time, I do not know how to approach men or women (I am male).
So, I have decided to force myself to speak to strangers out of my community for practice; people in parks, coffee shops, on the street, etc. But I still dont know how to approach them..
Please give some examples of how I can approach strangers and get a conversation going with them.
Give tips on how to approach/converse with random people.

I am starting a small, experimental business in Ontario as an LLC, that looks good on paper but I know is risky.
If I take a small loan ($50,000) from a bank or another creditor, with little collateral (my assets are not worth much, less than $10,000), and if my business fails/bankrupts early.. what happens then?
Does the lender take the loss? Is there any liability on me personally?4 AnswersSmall Business1 year ago
I found out that the woman I've been dating for many months was cheating on her boyfriend with me.
I really like this girl but I have zero respect for cheaters and it's a huge turn off.
I'm having troubles deleting this thought from my memory that she cheated and my mind keeps repeating the phrase "once a cheater, always a cheater".
I have not spoken to her about it directly and I dont think she knows that I have thought this concept.
What should I do?4 AnswersSingles & Dating1 year ago
I have a small self-built chemical production unit. I want to make a larger unit with 100x more output that requires factory machinery (automation, conveyor belts, etc).
My current unit is composed of a lot of electrical components and plumbing systems; it's not top notch and beyond my expertise to scale into something larger. It is a food manufacturing and processing plant.
Who builds these sorts of things?
