Do this dark drip watermarks identity a roof leak?

I was told that these watermarks on my roof line identify if there is a roof leak in this location. I don’t understand how a watermark on the outside of the roof can’t identify the roof leak, can someone please explain? I am concerned that roofer isn’t being honest.

    Thank you!

  • How do I make stock market like graphs?

I have community data that I've been tracking for over 5 years. Like a stock market chart I would like to create graphs that some one can click 5 year / 3 year / 1 year / 6 months and have the chart automatically adjust on my website. I ideally like to be able to create these on excel but am willing to purchase any software necessary.

  • Do I pay taxes on car parents gave me if I trade it in?

My parents have a 2006 Lincoln LS they are wanting to sell and we are looking to buy a car. If my parents give me the car or transfer title to me and I then trade the car in will I have to pay taxes on the amount the dealership gives me for the car?

What we are looking to do is trade in one of our cars and trade in the parents car. After have the dealership write us a check for the amount of the trade ins we would finance the entire price of the car purchased. My reasoning is in Florida you only pay taxes on the difference of the trade in so if I can use the Lincoln it will save us additional cost of paying taxes.

I would then write the parents a check for the Lincoln and use the cash we got from our car to pay off credit cards.

Is this Legal? What are the tax consequences?

    Thank you in advance!

I have a double foxtail palm in my side yard. When the tree was small the branches were very bushy. The trees grew very fast but now the branches aren't nearly as thick and bushy. I use palm tree fertilizer as directed. Will the branches become thicker with time?

  • Will toyota give me a rental while repairing gas pedal?

I was told the gas pedal would take 3 hours to fix but I currently work 7 days a week, so sitting at Toyota for 3 hours is not an option. I can't afford a rental. I called Toyota and they couldn't guarantee me a loner for a couple hours. Does Toyota have a loner car policy for this issue or am I S.O.L?

  • Where to honeymoon in Colorado?

We are getting married in October of 2010 and would like to take our honeymoon in Colorado. We live in Florida so would like to see some snow for a change.

We are taking a week long trip and are interested in snow skiing, renting snow mobiles and somewhere that we could go out and have a good time after. We'd prefer somewhere that we could do all this and not have to drive. We would love to leave late October but are willing to wait until late January if need be for snow.

We would greatly appreciate suggestions on areas and accommodations.
