I've been suffering from depression for nearly 3 years now. To spare the details, it's become a very debilitating condition since around January as it's becoming more severe. I'm not taking medication or have seen a doctor about it due to fear of not being taken seriously and cost of the prescription.
Today, immediately after arriving home, I laid in the bedroom with the lights off and no other sound on other than the fan. Too lethargic and apathetic to do any other activity than that. This is a normal habit but today I ended up doing that uninterrupted for 5 hours before finally deciding I was going to set an alarm and take a nap; I had a very... concerning dream.
The first part of the dream was a replay of the many things troubling me, of which I don't have much memory of. Right before I got up however was when it got strange. It was pitch black and I could hear my alarm going off yet I was still dreaming. The words "Never wake up" kept repeating themselves in a very monotonous voice and escalated in volume. What started as a whisper ended in yell until I finally woke up in a panicked state after around 3 minutes of my alarm sounding.
Should I consider seeking medical and/or psychological help? What could my dream mean?7 AnswersMental Health8 years ago
I have a very large stuffed horse (around 5 feet long 2 feet high) that I've had since I was very young and treasure deeply. Although my cat urinated on it while I was out so now it needs to be washed but is way too big for a washing machine. I was thinking scrubbing it in the shower and leaving it outside to dry. Any other suggestions?2 AnswersCleaning & Laundry8 years ago
Lately we've been in very hard times. We have no phones. No cable. No internet, and sometimes they shut off our utilities. The only way I'm here is because when my parents divorced my dad was forced to give me a working phone. It's just me and my mom. I have a part time job (I'm 17) but I'm not making enough. We barely have enough to eat. I usually have at least around 1000 calories per day if I'm lucky but now to ration meals I have around 300-400 calories in 1-2 small meals a day. It used to be very painful but I'm starting to get used to it. It's been this bad for about a month now. From then until now I've lost a noticable amount of weight and muscle. In the long term, could this be dangerous?3 AnswersDiet & Fitness8 years ago
I'm a big fan of the scribblenauts series. Still today, 2 years later, I still play Scribblenauts and Super Scribblenauts because I love the creative gameplay. I'm a bit tight on money but I can afford it... Should I buy Unlimited?2 AnswersVideo & Online Games8 years ago
I usually use a mixture of carefresh and ferret litter pellets for litter, although I recently ran out of the pellets and the only store that sells them is a 2 hour drive away. I bought some pine pellets from the local feed store that says "great for rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, and ferrets"
I usually use about a handful or two of pellets to absorb odor and moisture. Are these pine pellets ok?6 AnswersOther - Pets8 years ago
Every time I eat the slightest trace of jalepeno my lips go numb and swell up. Feels like a bunch of needles are stabbing my lips and tongue. I can handle other peppers and have had much spicier foods but jalepeno is the only thing that makes me feel like that. Is this considered an allergy?2 AnswersAllergies8 years ago
A little over a month ago I slid and fell from around 30 feet and sprained my ankle very badly. At first I couldn't move or walk for days. It's been a month now since the accident. I can walk, but I can't walk quickly, run, nor move my ankle in certain ways and the area is still very painful to touch. How long do these kinds of injuries take to heal?1 AnswerInjuries8 years ago
I was at walmart and they were sweeping the produce isle and left the pan there. I noticed some corn kernels in there and picked them up because I love to garden. I know that was to be thrown away but I can't help but feel a little guilty. Is taking their trash considered shoplifting?7 AnswersLaw & Ethics8 years ago
I slid from about 30 feet and landed right foot first twisting my ankle. yesterday and I'm in excruciating pain. I can't walk without feeling a sting up my leg, when I feel my ankle (if I even can through the pain) I feel an empty kind of squishy space where my bone should be and it swelled up to the point it's noticable. Although I can still very very slighty move my toes. Is my ankle broken? Or just really badly sprained?2 AnswersInjuries8 years ago
They have a litterbox but they seem to enjoy peeing on my bean bag chair, litter mat, and a tote bag that was given to me as a gift. They're 8 weeks old. What do I do?!4 AnswersCats8 years ago
It's annoying me because she's so big for it after a few uses she fills it up. He has her own huge covered litterbox but won't use it.
The kitten litterbox is there for my 3 7 week old kittens to use.2 AnswersCats8 years ago
