I can clearly see a layer of fat, then muscle, and whatever else her insides hold.

Best answer: The truth is that we are More Than mere "specks of dust"....

We are individuals who CAN make a difference and who CAN have a voice.

I do hope that students especially can understand that, if not the relativists here (who do not believe in freewill)

or the equally bad historicists here who continue to praise the philosophy of Plato who preached allsorts

of weirdness and exclusion (females & foreigners, just like political deniers today).

    So this is the "deal".

We could & should accept the peaceful preaching of religions if they help us here in
philosophy in getting nearer-and-nearer to the truth.
    Philosophy truth.
But when then start to unravel their badly taught & understood RELATIVE-ism....
then we could and should have the sense to oppose their mistakes, and to counter
    their falsehoods.
So exactly the same in the other areas namely "politics" and "environmental" studies too.

And I now believe that its time to "out" some of the old & possibly new relativists that
are here within Philosophy, this hopefully may be a simulation & a help to those
within other areas or categories here, to do with politics and all...
For this is a part of what we can do together, to right as many wrongs from the past
in an endeavour to give some more -exclusive or directed- hope to such students
who could use it to and for help in their own studies & learning in the future.

Best answer: There is a question in ethics as to whether or not a right to die can coexist with a right to life. If, it is argued, the right to life is inalienable, it cannot be surrendered, and therefore may be incompatible with a right to die.[4] A second debate exists within bioethics over whether the right to die is universal, only applies under certain circumstances (such as terminal illness), or if it exists. It is also stated that 'right to live' is not synonymous to 'obligation to live'. From that point of view, the right to live can coexist with the right to die.[5]
A court in the American state of Montana, for example, has found that the right to die applies to those with life-threatening medical conditions. Suicide advocate Ludwig Minelli, euthanasia expert Sean W. Asher and bioethics professor Jacob M. Appel, in contrast, argue that all competent people have a right to end their own lives. Appel has suggested that the right to die is a test for the overall freedom of a given society.[6]

Because if the two antagonist kingdoms merged into only one , Paris woud have been the Capital City , the Court's language would still be French , the Old English idiom, who started to disaggregate because of the French influence, would have completely disappeared.

  • Do the transatlantic cables laid on the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean in the 19th century by ships like the Great Eastern still work today?

Best answer: The transatlantic cables today are optical cables, they've replaced the old cables laid by the Great Eastern. Today, ninety-five percent of all telephone and data is still transferred over submarine cables and not via satellite as you may intuitively think.
