  • I applied for a job at McDonalds but changed my mind (no interview yet)?

I decided that I don't want to work there if I got an interview, but I still haven't gotten a response from them. What do I do to let them know I'm no longer interested? What do I say if they ask to interview me?

I contacted my property management company and told them and they told me to ignore it as they used the same lease they did for their apartment renters and I m renting a house. I m considering moving and exercising my early termination which will cost me 3 months rent, but I m considering recouping some of that loss by suing them for all the money I paid in the Water bill. Is that possible?

  • I got a letter in the mail from American express for a ten year old bill. do I pay it?

Best answer: Not without first calling American Express directly and asking them about it. Do NOT use the contact information, including the phone number, on the letter. Look up customer service online and go through that. It's likely a scam.

The kitchen was greasy, tiles on first floor was dirty, and grouts were all dark and black(originally white). They broke 2 vertical blinds on the kitchen and living room, and horrizontal blinds on 3 bedrooms. They also installed ceiling fans and switches on 3 bedrooms when they moved in. And then took all 3 fans and the switches. Leaving all wires on the wall and ceiling exposed on all 3 bedrooms (there were no wires on ceiling prior to moving in) there were holes which they made for hanging pictures and curtains. And some paints on wall were peeling off and scratched. I told them I'd give them $550 back from the $1550 deposit. Now they threaten me that they will go to court and hire attorney, thinking I took too much from deposit

He said sorry no which to me is a dumb decision I get it supposed to be for people on low income of fixed income but dumb move. I ever own a complex and was the same situation I would say come on in. If the person made $75000 I could see being an issue not really but get my point. Bill Gates wanted to move in I would let him.
