  • Can I report somebody driving my car without permission to the police?

Best answer: You can report it, but there is NOTHING they can actually DO about it without proof of who moved the car. As you have ALREADY recovered the car undamaged, it is about as far from the top of their priority list as it gets.

Some people look exactly their age. And some people spend most of their lives looking naturally older or younger than they really are. This is very common in the teen years. In my State, for example, the minimum age to obtain your drivers license is 16 and 3 months. But many 16 year olds look old enough to pass for college age. The flip side is many 16 year olds look younger, and could pass for 14. As a result, there are a lot of young looking drivers out there. What happens when a licensed driver of age 16 is driving down the road, but he looks more like 14 or 15 and a cop spots him. Can a cop pull him over without him committing a tangible traffic violation just to do an age check? Or does the cop need something more to initiate a legal stop? How does that generally work?

  • Should parents of children who get in trouble with the law also be held liable for their kids actions?

Best answer: Yes, and they already are.
Until someone reaches the age of majority, their parents or guardians are responsible for damages they may cause. It is also true of any children they may cause to exist, until the teen parent reaches 18 as well.

Why does he shine the light? I always trained officers to point it at the center of the chest, but it is possible he was looking at your eyes for signs of alcohol or drug use (red, watery, bloodshot, dilated or constricted pupils)

I make my living as an owner of several popular online forums and my income comes through multiple streams of advertising monetizing my forums. I launched my first one at the age of 20, quit my job at the age of 22 and now at the age of 28 I have never looked back and life is good. I made nearly six figures last year And my income level has gone up every year except for one, dropping slightly in 2014. I purchased my first home last year. Even if one of my forums goes under I have several more and launch a new one at an average rate of 1 per year. I make a good living "working" for all of 10 hours a week. As a result, If I were ever in a position where someone needed a moderately sized *** kicking, or I find myself under arrest for some other crime in which, as a first time offender I could likely get a plea deal and get off with fines probation, and community service and likely no jail time, is it likely that I could consider it worth it and go about my life unhindered? The main problems facing ex-cons in society is finding a decent job or a place to rent with their background. But as a homeowner who is financially secure for the rest of my life, I will never need to apply for a job or fill out a rental application ever again. Is it safe to say that a criminal record isn't going to mean all that much to me? Heck, if we had the ability to snap our fingers and make even a low level FELONY appear on my record at this very moment, would it affect my life at all?
