  • What do feminists think of nonfeminist women?

Best answer: They dismiss them as irrelevant and unworthy of having a voice. I saw Harriet Harman debating with a Page 3 girl when Page 3 in the Sun ended. Harman was completely dismissive of the other woman's voice.

  • Why do people hate feminism?

  • Gender studies: I'm a female, why do you think I'd be more interested in men's issues?

I've only ever been slightly interested in women's issues, although I am more interested now. I guess I felt like I am a woman, but it's my duty just to be a strong person & do what's right for me, despite expectations. And obviously, if I see something unjust, to call it out. But men's... show more
I've only ever been slightly interested in women's issues, although I am more interested now. I guess I felt like I am a woman, but it's my duty just to be a strong person & do what's right for me, despite expectations. And obviously, if I see something unjust, to call it out. But men's issues really interest me, maybe because I am not a man, so I don't have firsthand experience with how society treats men. But I notice men I love being judged or treated in ways that I would not like, and I feel like I can't let it happen silently. Additionally, I feel like men have significantly more legal discrimination stacked against them, which is far worse in my opinion that what modern women in the western world face. And men are expected to be protectors, and even die for others at times. I feel like the women I know are very strong people, and the men I know have pressure to be so much. I have a male best friend & a brother. I've met lots of extremely insecure men, some have experienced eating disorders and have super low self worth. A male relative of mine was also raped as a child, which was surprising & heartbreaking. It's sad these issues aren't talked about. I guess I have spent more time sympathizing with men.

  • Is convincing young women to major in women's studies a major scam?

I honestly don't think a child needs a father at all. To me, it seems like almost most of the men population are bad fathers, while almost most of the women population are good mothers, and I'm a man myself. I didn't know my father very well in my life, and was only raised by my mother. This website https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/dol... and this website http://blog.childrensdayton.org/why-kids... gives reasons why women are WAY better parents than men are.
