No pulse, brains splattered across the street and all that. Would it be illegal for me to run in his pockets and take his phone and money from his wallet? I mean at that point he doesn’t exist anymore so what law states that I can’t rob a non existing person? Could it be tampering with evidence? Is a dead body considered evidence before the police arrive at the scene? But why would his wallet be used as evidence for a shootout? I would probably just leave the phone just in case.

Two months ago I was rear-ended in a car accident while stopped at a red light in the left turn only lane. The at fault driver is trying to blame me for the accident. She told the police officer after he arrived on the scene of the accident that she thought that I was going to make the left turn, but i did not turn so she rear ended me. This is also in the police report. The at fault driver has no car insurance. And was not insured at the time she rear-ended me, so she was given a ticket and told to appear in court. And when she went to court for the ticket, her case against me got dismissed. I was not told to appear in court for that and my dad says that I should have been sent a letter in the mail to appear in court for this. Is he right about this? I have already filed a civil claim against her and I will be taking her to court and suing her for my deductible, because although she did not have auto insurance, I do have full coverage car insurance on the vehicle that she damaged. Do I have a case? Sorry to make this so long, but I have never been in an accident before.

Our first stop was San Juan, it was heartbreaking see what happened after the hurricane but it was still a beautiful place to see. Anyway we ended up getting stranded because the cruise ship abandoned us. My kids were crying and me and my husband were panicking. We ultimately had to stay at a hotel because the flight we had to book did not leave until the net morning, thank goodness we were able to get one in such short notice. i am very distraught by this and my husband and I are thinking of suing the cruise line for our hotel stay, our plane ride, and our emotional distress. Can we win?

So I own a house with my boyfriend....who is now my ex. And we have pushed to the problem where the situation can not be resolved sanely between the two of us and need to Partition through the court. I know we’d be required to file a lawsuit to have the house partitioned and my ex-boyfriend would be required to sell the house and divide the funds equally and the repayment of the mortgage loan and closing cost. Also the fact that the court procedure is expensive. And would be required to pay an advancement to your attorney once your case has been accepted by an attorney. But I would like someone to tell me how much this would cast us both. What he has to do and myself in order to get our house back on the market and off to our new lives and what would happen after this goes threw....and how long this process will take. ☆ Sent from iOS Dr. Know! 1.1.04

  • Why did my school college violate my first amendment rights to use the restroom?

I go to a public college and their policy is that Transgenders can use the restroom they identify as. There is a trans girl who had a sex change who uses the women’s room. I’m not allowed to go in when she does because I find it sinful. Why am I not allowed in the women’s room?

My husband has 2 step kids. We have been together for 5 years now. Kids mom and my hubby haven’t been able to go parent in a healthy way. We’ve had step son this whole year in school and had visited mom for maybe 5 times.... she really doesn’t call or asks how he’s doing in school or help with either financial or school clothes or nothing at all which we don’t mind or care. Mom has step daughter with her and it has been the same we keep asking how she is and what trying to talk to step Daugther but mom don’t answer and when she does she responds text with other short conversations. l also she didn’t enrolled her to school last year and claimed step Daugther was homeschooled which she never showed proves or anything.... now I’m trying to see if we can settle this in a healthy way for the kids and have the kids full custody for their best. since we all cant be in the same page, also so kids can be together and spend time with both parents....

  • Should your boss get fired for refusing to fire a coworker that attacked you with a pair of scissors and cut your hair at work?

At a former job, I got some waist-length hair extensions. One coworker that didn't like me attacked me with a pair of scissors and cut my hair, insisting that it was "too long". I told my boss what she did, but she refused to fire this coworker. Should she get fired or punished in some way for this?
