I started gymnastics around 5 months ago and the gymnastics place I go to just let you wear anything that was safe and also if the coach accepted it, so my coach let us boys wear track shorts and a T-shirt. Just recently I got a new coach and he wants my group consisting of boys and girls (I don't know why they mixed the genders) to wear leotards. This of course isnt a problem for the girls because they mostly wear leotards already but some of the boys don't like this (including me). \ I decided that I should get a leotard and see if its not that bad and sure enough, I was wrong. Even in my size the crotch was really tight and the rubbery sensation on the outside felt strange. Its going to be embarrassing, weird, and strange. Any tips to avoid having to wear one? Or maybe suggestion on a leotard that might fit me well? I'm 4'5" and 65lbs so very small for my age.

Beattie is an idiot, he has no idea what people want, he has no idea about sport, they've made him chairman of the Australian Rugby League commission and when asked, he didn't even know that Cronulla were called the Sharks, he's the same fool that wanted to abolish all the states of Australia.

There are too many idiots in high places in this country at the moment, and to answer your question, yes it was the worst ever.

Best answer: Yes. The NFL and NBA have been living outside the law for too long. The teams need to reflect both the racial and ethnic make up of the country, as well as the average size, obesity level, and age distribution of the country. Every team must be required by law to have a blind, wheel chair bound, or otherwise disabled; starter (or two or more), with guaranteed and required playing minuets. Every coaching staff and play calling specialist staff must be required to have one or more designated developmentally disabled, play calling coaches. Disabled first round draft picks must be given preferential selection treatment. Teams with out enough disabled players, or teams that do not reflect the average American population: must be given severe point penalties in every game. It is what Obama would have wanted.

I am 13 years old by the way. So a few months ago, I applied to the waiting list for the gymnastics club near me. Well yesterday I got a place and my trial is on Monday. I don’t know what to expect and I am really scared. The skills I have are: average cartwheel, average handstand, forward roll, backward roll, candlestick, front flip on trampoline. I have a few questions 1. The age group is 8-17 year old on Monday and I am wondering whether I am just too old? 2. Injuries? I am so scared about breaking a bone or neck or paralysing myself? I don’t want injuries to hold me back. 3. My parents don’t like the fact That the leotard is very tight and at meets and stuff you have to wear just the leotard? I told them I can wear shorts or leggings over it but I am really really underweight (I am 34kg and 13 yo). People always skinny shame and says stufff like “you should eat more.” I eat a LOT trust me, but I just have a very high metabolism. Also, when you stretch, the leotard is very tight and revealing and I guess I am self conscious. 4. What do I wear to my trial? I obviously can’t wear a leotard cos its only the trial. But I don’t have any tight t shirts and I am afraid the t shirt will fly up. I don’t own a sports bra cos I literally have no boobs (not even small ones). And I have no swimsuit or bodysuit? So what do I wear without it flying up? Thanks so much in advance xxx

Last year I was a starter and played pretty well and only improved on the off season. As soon as the new season started, I started to show how much I improved in the off season only to be benched out of the blue for the first game. The player who replaced me was not only inferior to me on the field but in terms of knowledge of the game, far behind. I was not only benched but my coach also switched my position on me forcing me to play midfield. I still played very well scoring and being all around a good player but the next game rolled around and I was benched again. One of our attackmen got hurt and I was put in to my regular spot and then I started shining. I started racking up points and assists (more than my counterpart who replaced me) and then midgame, I was benched for absolutely no reason. I asked my coach why I had been benched and he replied "If you ever ask me that again, you will never play again." I was very confused and angry but didnt show it and asked the other starters what I did wrong and they said I did nothing wrong. During practice he constantly picks on my every little mistake and for every missed pass whether its my fault or not, benches me and yells at me to not make excuses(which i dont). I'm getting really fed up with my coach and want to quit but as a Senior in High School, I really love this game and want to continue playing. What do I do?

  • When two met are fist fighting, why do they always aim for the face?

Best answer: What a sweet outlook you have. It's a natural instinct to aim for the face and head. It's also the most effective as knockouts can occur. Distraction and confusion doesn't enter into it.
