• What are you going to watch on TV this afternoon?

Best answer: I'll be switching between Wimbledon (depending on who is playing) and Silverstone quali (British GP). With the emphasis on Wimbledon!!

Glad to have the ability to be ANYWHERE but that blasted football event.

  • When will Michael Schumacher return to F1?

Best answer: This possibility I'd seriously doubt will ever happen. We don't KNOW exactly how he is these days, but stories lurch from being in a 'vegetive state' to awake but unable to do much for himself. It's too long now for there to be much, if any, improvement to how he is.

  • Was this season another black year in the decline of F1?

Best answer: Yes, despite Ferrari and Red Bull actually winning a few times there haven't been many good races. One team has tended to have the advantage at any given track, and at most of the races you could have picked the winner after qualifying. Next year the cars will also have the disadvantage of looking like they were designed by a jobsworth 'elf-n-safety inspector. Oh goody.

  • Would Formula 1 be better if all circuits were surrounded by walls like Monaco?

Then there would be no need for debate about track extending and the inconsistent penalties regarding it. The circuits are mostly wider than Monaco so it should not affect overtaking too much.

  • Could Valtteri Bottas take the drivers championship? 2nd Place?

Obviously it could happen, but how likely do you think it is that it might? I don't think he could catch Seb at this point, but it wouldn't take much to move up to 2nd if he takes at least one more first place podium, and Hamilton takes a couple third or backs or a DNF before the end of the season.... show more

I don't think he could catch Seb at this point, but it wouldn't take much to move up to 2nd if he takes at least one more first place podium, and Hamilton takes a couple third or backs or a DNF before the end of the season. However, there are some inter-team politics and some constructors strategy at play here. For example, if Valtteri is running 2nd and Hamilton is running 4th or back with Seb in first, would Mercedes hold Valtteri up to allow Lewis a better chance to move up to third? Or do you think they would just let Valtteri drive to try and take Seb? There is also the consideration that if Seb, Valtteri, and Lewis and running a close 1st-2nd-3rd that Mercedes might ask Valtteri to drop back and let Lewis go after Seb. What do you think?

  • Why is the f1 grand prix held in singapore?

Best answer: You might as well ask why F1 is held at any racetrack really. I am more concerned about why it's still held in Monaco to be honest, especially now the cars are so wide for that narrow road track. It does all boil down to money - which country can bid the highest, based on bums on seats = income for that... show more
