Why can't I find trains between my stations ?
So I live in Jacksonville Florida and want to make a trip out to Denver Colorado. I have tried putting in the two stations but it won't give me a route. When I put the individual routes in I can find trains that take me from jax to den so why won't it show them to me as one trip. Jax to DC arrives at 2pm, dc to Chicago , Chicago to Denver trip Date is May 27th

How many times on the same journey is an inspector allowed to ask to see your rail ticket ?
Favourite answer:They are usually only allowed to ask one person each once for their ticket, that doesn't mean they won't ask again, you can choose if you want to show them or not but that choice not to may result in consequences.

Hello, first of all sorry my English. I’m worried about my health because I selfharm, sometimes I feel despair and hit myself when I feel very sad. Because coronavirus, by a while Im living with my parents, they help me know financially, but I can’t stand anymore my father manners toward me. My father mocks about me since I was 11 discriminating me because is notorious that I’m gay (I’m a woman) even thought I had never get out of the closet. He says horrible insults about people with that preferences and talks to me rude, with insults and bad manners ALL the time. Now I cant live in another place and thats the problem. He can be very hurtful, even with my mother and he doesnt care how bad do I feel. I had hit myself very hard in many parts of my body many times, but I worry that maybe I can get sick for that. He doesnt love me. Im an adult, almost 28 but I still harm myself. Sometimes I feel that Im alone in life and that I will never live free as what I want to be, I will never be happy and I have to fake that I love man...and Im not from an arab country. How can I feel better knowing that I have nobody, even family in my life?

How do changes on trains work?
I bought a train ticket yesterday using trainline and the train im getting on has 3 changes. Ive never been on a train with changes before so i dont really understand and im going alone. Am i supposed to have 3 different tickets for each train or is it the same ticket each time because i only have one ticket that says where im leaving to where im getting off it doesnt have the names of the changing trains?

If a railroad track has no ties, could the train derail?

I saw a tractor trailer stuck on the railroad tracks today. The southbound train was stopped about 50 yards from the truck. The northbound train was stopped about 5 miles south of the truck. Will the railroad company bill the trucking company? About how much?
