I sleepover my boyfriends house on weekends, I take daily medication so the medication comes with me for the 30 minute drive. My prescriptions are all in my name in proper bottles, and of course I have my ID on me to match. I take medication for my bipolar and anxiety, I have birth control as well. I need my medications daily and have been taking them since I was 12. So obviously I have no heavy narcotics on me, I do not drink or do drugs, would police try and take my medications if they stopped me and I told them I have my prescriptions on me?

  • With all of the recent occurrences of white people calling the police on black people, why are white people so afraid of black people?

Best answer: I thought people called the police when there is an emergency involving crime. I didn't know it was generational sun tan, how bizarre.

  • Do police share vidoe footage from another state?

So long story short my sister took 150 dollars from my grandmother's savings account. She lives in New York and I live in North Carolina with my grandparents. Well, my grandmother's court appointed guardian/social worker found out about this and filed a police report and is saying she's going to prosecute my sister. Now I know my sister shouldn't have done this but I don't want her in trouble. She's saying she's going to get video footage of my sister taking the money. Is this possible? Even though we live in different states?

I recently left a party at an apartment complex and got confronted by the cops as I was walking toward the front to pick up an Uber. The following conversation ensued: Cop: Where are you going? Me: To catch my Uber ride. Cop: Where you coming from? Me: Friend's apartment Cop: Is that where the party is? Me: Um....am I being detained for something? Or am I free to go? I need to meet my Uber driver. Cop: Are you coming from a party? Me: I decline to answer that question. Am I free to go? Cop: You going to play games with me? Where's the f***ing party? Me: No, I asked you if I'm being detained, and if so, why, and you have not answered me. Cop (louder): Do you want to go to jail for obstruction of justice? Where's the party at? Me: This is ridiculous. If you have a reason to detain me, you'd better give me a reason IMMEDIATELY and stop wasting my time. The cop rudely let me go. I was invoking my rights. I did not want to incriminate my friend. If there was a noise complaint, the cops can find it for themselves. The caller probably even gave them the building number, so not sure why they needed my help. I tried to invoke my rights politely, but they made me angry, so I snapped at them, which I was justified in doing. Cops want respect, they need to learn to respect others. Clearly they had NO reason to detain me. They should have applauded me for taking an Uber and not driving home.

  • A cop threatened to arrest me for having my own prescription because it’s a narcotic?

I was in a fender bender. A police officer took my purse out of my car and searched it without asking and without a warrant. Inside I had my tramadol prescription in its original bottle. Get LEDs for light bulbs for outside lights (e.g., porch lights). And leave those on all night. LEDs are cheap to operate; so you won't run up a big bill leaving them on. And the LEDs will last for up to 10 years without burning out. [I've done this.]

Buy and keep a gun. Nothing fancy; a Smith and Wesson Model 60 revolver will do. You can buy them online at Buds Gun Shop [https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/index.php] Have it sent to your nearest Federally Licensed Dealer who will get it registered for you. Then take the NRA gun safety course and fire off a few rounds at your nearest shooting range. [I've done this.]

I just had a run-in with the Culver City Red light system. I was on Overland Avenue trying to make a left onto Washington Blvd. There was one car in front of me and I was mostly though the intersection (my back tires were still in the crosswalk). When the light turned red, the car in front of my finally moved and when I moved, the Red light camera went off. I was already in the intersection when the light was green but could not move because the car in front of me would not move because of oncoming traffic and was hesitant to do so when the lights turned yellow fearing that someone would still run it. Will I be getting a ticket/citation for this and if so, will I be able to fight it successfully?
