60L Fermenting tank into a 54L Demijohn?

Would this be the recommended size to goto from a 60L fermenter, and with wats left over to go into a small vessel.

    yeah, after siponing and removing the yeast scum on top and deposits on bottom you shouldn't much left over, are you making wine or beer?

    Should work nicely and have minimum air space.
