ALL russian helicopters have seats fitted for using a parachute, namely Mi 17 hip and Mi 24 Hind.
the minimum height/speed is 100meters/100 kilometers per hour.
maximum speed for and gunner operator was 280 kilometers per hour /theoretically/
apart from that, russian Ka-50 features ejection seat and thus implements the explosive bolts for the main rotor blades.
the hind/hip chutes are just plain WW2 bailout.
If you mean a rescue parachute for entire helicopter, it's probably not achievable. you would need to install the chute into the rotor hub, and be able to jetisson the blades, so that the rotor does not suck the parachute into itself.
search for S-4 and S-3U parachutes
I am personally using atl-88/90S parachute in the helicopter i am using. only for IFR flights and paradrops, though
