Gah are you kidding? What the heck does Buddism have anything to do with the 911 attacks. If they where running the United States and were in charge of the foreign policy then they might be to ask. They happened because the United States has an interventionist foreign policy if we followed the constitution stayed out of other peoples countries and used our military only for defensive purposes then they probably never would have happened. Everyone wants to blame somebody (Not saying that what your doing) Or find some meaning to what other people think.
The only fault we can blame is the foreign policy, and every administration that has ignored the U.S. Constitution.

Buddhists would explain that suffering is a part of life, and all the more reason to turn towards that which provides comfort: the Dharma.
In Buddhism, everything evil is described as being caused by ignorance, greed, and hatred. When you look at 9/11 you see the same stereotype: greed of corporate empires, hatred of different cultures and stereotypes, and ignorant of the torment they are causing throughout the world.Source(s): Nikaya Buddhism

Actually there was some wreckage, some wing panels and body parts from the aircraft. The pentagon and WTC are 2 completely different buildings. The pentagon was built as a bunker, at a time we expected air raids from Germany.

The evidence provides one conclusion, the mass media something "completely" different. All people have their own views about that day, it depends whether you consider the issue objectively or are influenced by the "endless" bombardment of unproved claims by the mass media. I think keeping their mouth shut would be the best explanation.

This event is not what it appears to be. Ditto for Super Duper. Ignorance and greed is encouraged by mass media.
Although suffering is part of life, please consider the suffering and deaths of hundreds of thousands of people due to economic sanctions after 9/11/2001.

You mean a Buddhist who knows what he is talking about? They didn't happen because of random Islamofascists. It is certain that our leaders have inside information into who really did it that they are not discosing. It was not Bin Laden or any of his associates, we are being lied to.

Full marks to Super Duper!
The consciousness involved in the attack were unwholesome, resulting in unwholesome action.
