The phrase "getting any younger" is illogical. It is not possible for someone or something to "get younger", it would essentially mean it was aging in reverse, which cannot happen. All people and things age forward, all people and things are getting older with every nano-second that passes.
When someone expresses that they are not "getting any younger" the unconscious subtext that they are expressing is that they are insecure about the fact that they are aging and will eventually die. This is a bizarre way of thinking because if they were not aging normally, and were in fact "getting younger" the would be defying the basic laws of the universe. Yet people still use this expression as if it were a plausible thing that could or should happen to them.

When someone says that, they mean that something they are waiting for is taking so long, they will be old before it happens. It is used in the same way we say "I'm coming!"..."So is Christmas!"
Say you were getting ready to go out, and our friend was hurrying you up, they may say "I'm not getting any younger!" to emphasise that they feel you are wasting their time/ need to hurry up.
I hope that explains it well enough! :)

It means do it now.
Tomorrow may never come.
We never know what the future holds or how our health will be or even if we will be here tomorrow. Better do it now. Tomorrow may be to late.
