Will an alcoholic substance of 45% freeze in a household freezer?

    No. Anything 40% or above is safe down to about -30 degrees.

    No, anything 40% or above will not freeze at normal freezer temperatures

    45% is a really rare % though... most liquors are 40%, and 35% or less if they are flavored.

    i have had 35% spiced rum partially freeze in my freezer before, so its possible to at least that to happen.

    No. Alcohol has a freezing point of roughly minus 118-degrees Farenheit. Your freezer will probably not get that cold.
