What is a Valance Panel?

I see people r tlkin about a Valance panel, what is that?

I'm really not car smart..srry:)

    valance is generally described as the lower part of the bumper. for example, for the rear, it would be the long trim right above the exhaust

    for that there are sets, two rods and those things that get screwed to the wall, i don't know what they're called sorry, they come with two spaces for the two curtain rods, you can find them anywhere, wal-mart for example.
