How to get hamstring to heal quickly?

I was out doing sprints today to get ready for tryouts that I have on Wednesday, when I felt my hamstring give way. I immediately got in my car, left, and am currently icing it. (20min on, 30min off) I need to have this thing ready for a Division 1 level tryout by this Wednesday, what can I do to be ready by then?

    It is a good thing that you are icing it (20 min on, 30 off). The only thing I can think of is that you should jog on the spot or just keep pumping blood top your legs, even though it might hurt. This should make your pain go away in a few days .
