    There's less than 218 names here, so while they all voted against something, it was either something that passed anyway, or, it's not a complete list.

    I'm guessing they voted against extending unemployment benefits. Or health care for first responders on 9-11. I'm going with the latter because Peter King (R, NY-?) isn't on the list.
