one of my cars headlight is dim (right side) when ever i put it in high beam it dims out, i changed both head light bulbs 2 days ago and changed one park light bulb which was burnt out, if the problem is a ground wire how do i go about finding it, also notice one rear park light is also dim (right side)

Sounds like a bad ground wire, sometimes they get corroded and break off, check that first shouldn't be too far away. Just follow the wires from the headlight. There will be a wire and a bolt attached to the frame some where.

Based on your description, it is likely that this is a wiring issue. The connection will have to be checked and cleaned to address the issue. It is important that you have a copy of the vehicle's manual or wiring diagram before you proceed.
