does a daewoo nubira have enough valve clearence if the timing belt breaks?

    I think that the BOARD GUY just got lucky! The Daewoo Nubria 2.0L DOHC 129 hp. engine IS an interference engine and will bend the valves possibly! The best way to tell without a lot of disassembly is to remove the valve cover and check the valves (usually the exhaust valves) that are not on lift, for excessive valve tip to follower (rocker arm) clearance if you have a great deal of clearance, you have some bent valves!

    No, it's an interference engine and it will bend valves unless you are super lucky

    mine broke like 3 months ago

    i just put a new one and the car is back on the street with no problems
