How do I get foam off my floor...?

Question

I pulled up 2 layers of carpet and what was left was a layer of foam from the underside of the outdoor/indoor low pile carpet that was glued to the linoleum flooring underneath. Is there a machine I can rent to get this up or is doing it by hand the only way?

I can't think of any machine, I just had to deal with that use a larger sparkle knife to scrape it up
