Safety mode has hidden comments for this video?

every video i go to when i try to look at the comments, it says this! how do i take "safety mode" off?

I think they are maintaining the site again, look at the main page, where it says: "This functionality is not available right now. Please try again later."
I think if the message disappears the safety-mode-bug has gone.

The YouTube cookies (files that a website stores on your computer to remember preferences) may be corrupted. You will need to clear them. To do this, go into your browser's settings, look for a section that reads "Browsing history" or similar, and clear your cookies, cache (if shown), and temporary Internet files. This will disable Safety Mode.

Not only are comments hidden by default, but posting comments is disabled as well. It says "error, try again later. Someone has likely found and abused an XSS vulnerability in the comments.

I FOUND A SOLUTION! All you do is go to a video, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page, and look at the buttons right next to the Youtube logo at the bottom. There will be a button that says "Safety: On". Click on it, turn it off, and save. Done!

I think this is a bug at the moment, since it appears that all of us is experiencing the same problem, and also another thing on the youtube homepage says that the function isn't working. And also, when I go to the comment section, and try to post a comment or anything... Then it says that there is an error. The only thing I think that all of us can do is wait it out and see if they fix the bug...

When watching a video, scroll down to the bottom of the page. There you will see a drop bar that says saftey mode. click on it and select "off". Then click save. Hope this helped

SAME!!!!!!!! I took safety mode off, but it's still doing it. Youtube bug?
