well..there's no such scenario as 'person has gun in hands when innocent' nothing like that..even if it weren't conrad, it'd be somebody else..fine..but here in this case, he agreed on his individual terms to give MJ propofol knowing very well he's addicted to it, being a responsible doctor, he shld hv told him, 'ok mike im not gonna give u that any longer, its fatal' if he fired him, fine..but only if murray weren't after money. he knew, being a billionaire michael wld hv hired somebody else to get the drug so he didn't refuse and kept giving him that 'cos he got 150000 bucks a year!! doc was under debts, he needed to pay out..so what he did..he kept giving him that which ultimately caused MJ's death..okay now so this doesnt mean he's a 'scapegoat' or sth..he was being real irresponsible and greedy freak as mj's accusers - after money. his duty was NOT to give him that, instead try to wean him off drug or if that didn't work, quit the job. and what he did, he hooked mike on iv, snuck out confabbing wtih his girlfriends for abt an hour and found him dead on return! and when giving propofol to anybody, there's an extensive need to monitor the patient's pulse or he's gonna die and propofol in no way a drug to be administered in home setting and without knowing how to do cpr and pulse monitor machine. he did it all without that. so see whre he is, hope he lives rest his life behind bars.
bottom line is conrad murray is guilty.
