How do I make stock market like graphs?

Question

I have community data that I've been tracking for over 5 years. Like a stock market chart I would like to create graphs that some one can click 5 year / 3 year / 1 year / 6 months and have the chart automatically adjust on my website. I ideally like to be able to create these on excel but am willing to purchase any software necessary.
