How long does it take for a tuff fracture to the distal phalanges on your hand take to heal?

I dropped a dumbell of 37.5 kg on it as i was finishing an exercise, there was alot of tissue damage to the nail bed and the nail was removed, the bone broke cleanly right in the middle of the distal phalanges

it usually depends on how bad the fracture is. if the fracture is a fine clean breaks it takes about 2-5 weeks. you can do buddy taping with your toes with a little bit of cotton or gauze. good luck!
