What is the mode on Apple products that when you click something it explains what it is?

I accidentally stumbled into some sort of mode by clicking the home button twice or more, i dont know...when i click something a white box goes around it and a voice explains what it is. Help?!?!

I believe its an accessibility option which you reach by hitting home 3 times quickly something like voiceover.

To get out of it Go to Settings > General > Accessibility and you can change voiceover etc there
